Taxes and fees at Virginia Beach hotels

At the 10 hotels with both an all-in and a before-tax going rate, taxes and fees, as the booking sites reported them to Google Hotels, added a median of 17% ($16 a night) to the before-tax going rate: from 12% at The Ocean Key Resort to 18% at Garner Hotel Virginia Beach North by IHG. At 8 hotels no site reported a before-tax price, so their prices are listed prices that may leave out resort or property fees. Our data does not split the gap into taxes and fees.
