Is Klook legit for hotels?
A real company. Check the room.
Klook is a real, established travel company, best known for tours and attraction tickets, and its hotel rates show up on Google Hotels next to Booking.com and Agoda. In our own data it was the cheapest site for 113 hotel prices, most of them in Asia. But those cheapest listings never named the room. Here is what we measured, what reviewers report, and how to check a Klook hotel price before you pay.

The verdict, in plain terms

How often Klook is the cheapest hotel listing, and what its price leaves out
Across 15 snapshots taken between September 22 and October 1, 2026, we recorded every booking site's price that Google Hotels showed for the same two-night stay, 6,254 hotel prices in 348 cities. At 4,512 of them some site was 5% or more below the rate most sites agreed on. Klook was the cheapest site at 100 of those 4,512, ninth overall and typically 16% below the going rate. 85 of the 100 were in Asian cities: Bangkok 15, Taipei 8, Manila 8, Singapore 7, Tokyo 5, Kyoto 5, Sapporo 5, Dubai 4, Osaka 4, Hong Kong 3 and others.
The catch: across all 113 times Klook had the lowest price (including near-ties), its listing named the room 0 times. When Agoda was cheapest it named the room at 264 of 380 hotels; Booking.com at 320 of 396. A price with no room attached may be for the smallest or a non-refundable room, and you cannot tell from the listing. Most of Klook's cheapest prices were at independent hotels (101 of 113), not chains.
These are before-tax prices from one moment in each snapshot, not completed bookings. Method and the CSVs are on our hotel price study.
Before you book a Klook hotel price, check four things
- 1. The room. Open the listing and compare the room name and bed type with the room you would book on the hotel's site.
- 2. The all-in total. Compare the price after taxes and fees, in your own currency, not the headline nightly rate.
- 3. The cancellation terms. A 16% saving on a non-refundable room is a bad trade if your plans might change. See whether free cancellation is worth it.
- 4. The hotel. After booking, call the hotel with your confirmation number and check it can see the reservation, well before you travel.

Why is Klook cheaper for some hotels?
In our price snapshots from September 22 to October 1, 2026 Klook was the cheapest site at 100 hotels where some site was 5% or more below the going rate, typically 16% below, and 85 of those 100 were in Asian cities (Dubai included) such as Bangkok, Taipei, Manila, Singapore and Tokyo. At none of those 100 did its listing name the room, so you cannot tell from the listing whether it is the same room other sites are pricing.
What do people complain about with Klook?
Most Trustpilot reviews of Klook are positive. The recurring complaints we read are slow or unhelpful support when something goes wrong and bookings that did not match what was described. Those are reports from reviewers about all of Klook's products, not something we measured.
How do I check a Klook hotel price before I book?
Compare the all-in total for the same room and dates on the hotel's own site and one or two big booking sites, read the cancellation terms, and consider calling the hotel to ask if it can see bookings from Klook.
