Is Dealbase legit for booking hotels?
A real comparison site. No named company.

It is a real, working hotel comparison site: its About us page says it scans hundreds of travel sites and shows their offers in one search, for free, and its prices appear on Google Hotels. What it does not do is say who runs it. Its terms of use, privacy policy and About us page name no company, address or registration number; the terms define the website as "the website of FindHotel", are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and cap its liability at 100 Australian dollars. Treat a Dealbase price as a lead to check, and book with a company you can name.

Its own pages do not say. The privacy policy says its brands "are owned by the same company Dealbase" without naming that company, and the terms of use refer to "the website of FindHotel". We could not confirm the operator from its pages, so we do not name one.

In our price snapshots from September 22 to October 1, 2026 Dealbase was the cheapest site at 19 hotels where some site was 5% or more below the going rate, typically 13% below, spread across 19 cities. Across 6,254 hotel prices in 348 cities that is a small share: most of the time another site was lower. At none of the 21 times it had the lowest price did its listing name the room.

Check the final booking screen. Dealbase calls itself essentially a search engine for hotels that shows other travel sites' offers, but its privacy policy also describes booking a hotel with it and sharing your details with the hotel or room provider. Before you pay, make sure you know which company takes your money and holds your booking, and read that company's cancellation terms.

No. Its terms say you must verify the accuracy of the information before accepting any third-party offer, that it does not warrant the accuracy of the information on its site, and that it has no control over third-party sites. Confirm the price, room and taxes on the site where you actually book.
