Is Hotels in America legit?
Real, and it is Super.com.

It is a real booking site run by a real company: its Service Terms are an agreement with Snapcommerce, Inc., the company behind Super.com, and they fold in Super.com's own Terms of Use. Super.com's terms give its address as SnapCommerce Holdings, Inc. DBA Super.com, 260 Queen Street West, Toronto, Canada. The booking itself often goes through a wholesale supplier: the terms name Travelscape LLC and Vacationspot, SL, whose own conditions then apply too.

Snapcommerce, Inc., which trades as Super.com. The site's own About and Contact links both open a support page that gives only a phone number, so the terms and conditions page is the one place it says who you are dealing with.

Almost never, in our data. In the snapshots that record every site's price, Hotels in America and Super.com both listed the same hotel and dates 1,154 times. Super.com was the same price 663 times and lower 465 times (typically $19 or 10% lower before tax); Hotels in America was lower 26 times. If you see a Hotels in America price, check Super.com for the same stay.

Sometimes, usually when Super.com is not listed. In our price snapshots from September 22 to October 1, 2026 it was the cheapest site at 17 hotels where some site was 5% or more below the going rate, all of them in the US, typically 17% below. Across 6,254 hotel prices in 348 cities that is a small share. At none of the 23 times it had the lowest price did its listing name the room.

Its terms say it can cancel or refuse to process reservations, including accepted ones, when the price or other key information on the site was wrong, and that it does not have to honor a lower price even after it has sent a confirmation. Your own cancellation rights depend on the booking: each has its own policy, shown on the final booking step and in the confirmation email, and a non-refundable booking is final sale.
